The programme

For a quality play environment with long lasting improvement, the programme includes:

• An endorsed training programme (4 sessions) for all lunchtime staff

• Information session for wider school staff

• Scrapstore PlayPod structure(s) with stock

• Children’s sessions (introduction to the Scrapstore PlayPod before it opens for daily use)

• Mentoring programme once Scrapstore PlayPod is open

• After school ‘stay & play’ session for families to see the Scrapstore PlayPod open

• Scrap top ups during the year

• Ongoing support including members area of the website with access to various resources and training
