Book an online training session

It is likely that your lunchtime staff team is made up of staff who were in post when the PlayPod was introduced and those who are newer to the role. Our two hour online training and support session is suitable for all.

The sessions introduce or revisit:

• The benefits of play and its impact on children’s lives

• The ‘Play Cycle’ and what is happening when children play

• What makes for quality play experiences

• The benefits of introducing loose parts to lunchtime play

• The role of the adults in play

• Conflict resolution

• Risk management

If you need more than six training places, additional places are £40 + vat per attendee. If you would like to train your whole lunchtime staff team, we also offer face to face team training sessions. When this session is taken instead of the six places on the online course, we can offer it at a reduced price.
